I signed up at the studio over a year ago having no prior experience with reformer pilates, and in no time it became my favorite form of exercise. As someone who has struggled with staying consistent with working out, this has probably been the only form of workout I have stuck to and enjoyed, and a lot of it has to do with how great the studio is. Erin is very accommodating and is doing a wonderful job. The studio is clean and well managed, and everyone is super friendly. I have enjoyed taking classes with almost all the instructors. You wont regret signing up!

I booked a class through ClassPass "Reformer Pilates - All Levels" and was pretty excited to try a new studio closer to where I was living. I've only taken reformer pilates a few times, so I would consider myself to be at beginner level. However, this was one of the most unpleasant pilates class I've taken. The instructor Amanda Gabel was not helpful at all. She didn't show me how to work the machine, failed to give me a tour of the studio, and rarely corrected anybody's form during class. I was clearly struggling right in front of her, and she didn't do anything to help. The class felt very impersonal and cold. Not only that, but at the start of the class one of the class attendees said they showed up to the morning class and waited 20 mins for the instructor to show up, and they never did! Disorganized and poorly run pilates studio. I will not be back.

All of the instructors are very skilled. I love that you can take barre & yoga in addition to pilates. Classes are different every session to keep you interested. Nice hidden gem! I highly recommend it!

Well I had enjoyed my time at this facility until recently. Let me just say you can't reach anyone by phone. Because of classes being back-to-back. And usually one instructor working at a time. And it illegal to text and drive, so there literally no way to communicate with the staff ahead of time. I'm usually always on time so this is my first time encountering this. Because I ran a whole 4mins late. Le tme say It take a lot of courage to sign up for a fitness in general. It's extremely hard to be consistent and keep going, but I did it. And I was proud of myself for doing so. I usually only go on Sunday's, but it being New Years Day on Sunday the facility is closed. So I signed up for a morning class with Charlene. This would be my second time attending her class. I was turned away today because I ran 4mins late. Not 10... not 15... but 4 and for no fault of my own. There was an accident at the entrance for the freeway which slowed my commute. IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING to be turned away like that in front of everyone. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'd rather go somewhere else that values their students and doesn't treat them like this. Two ways Charlene could have handled this better would have been to give me a verbal warning and allow me to join the class I paid for. Or to offer me the opportunity to come to later class. Instead of basically shutting the door in my face.

I tried out a class yesterday through classpass and although the class itself was decent, I was very disappointed in the instructor's inappropriate discussions during class. She had mentioned to everyone that she is about to take a midterm for her nursing degree, which is totally okay to discuss. What upset me were her awful comments on mental illnesses such as Dissociative Identity Disorder, Bipolar disorder, and Schizophrenia, on how 'doomed' people with these disorders are and how she 'doesn't want to deal with them' and saying things like 'can you believe how insane they are!' As a social worker, I come to these classes to disconnect from the stressful nature of my job. Not only did I think it was extremely insensitive and ableist to refer to people in such a way, but I couldn't help but wonder how someone in class would feel if they were silently suffering with these disorders. Hearing such awful comments from someone who is studying to be a nurse is terrifying, and I am honestly concerned that someone with such a disregard for mental health and the human condition is studying to become a nurse. The class itself was alright, I have no complaints about the workout, but this instructor absolutely ruined the experience for me and I have no desire to give my money, time, or energy to a place that supports this sort of behavior from a class instructor.
