Mike was excellent to work with! I was the transaction coordinator on a file with him and he was proactive instead of reactive, he was quick with responses and stayed on our contractual timeline! I would love to see his name come across my email on another deal.

Mike Cornelius is an awesome loan officer. I completed my application online and he got my loan closed much earlier than expected. He made the daunting process easier and convenient. He answered my questions and was able to get me a great rate. He is friendly, professional, on top of things, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and accommodating. He is easy to work with so I will definitely use him again and refer him to other people in the future.
