My husband and I were in a very difficult financial bind and needed immediate help. My sister who works for an Escrow Company referred me to Brian and from the first call he felt like family.  With a bad credit score he worked his magic and was able do our refi for us and we were able to pay off our debt.  He was in constant contact with us and walked us through every step of the process.  I honestly don't know what we would have done without him.  From the bottom of my heart, I am forever grateful for Brian and his heartfelt compassion and professionalism.

Brian made buying our first home an absolute breeze. From my initial conversation with him it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was exceptionally thorough with his explanations of what we needed, what we could expect, and what the overall process would be like. Brian was incredible and made the entire experience calm and smooth.  We had a few unexpected hurdles but Brian navigated each with reassurance, kindness, and confidence. He is very communicative and explains everything clearly. He is creative and has expert-level knowledge in his field.  We had a short 21-day escrow...but Brian was impressively efficient with every step.  We will only be using American Commerce Mortgage and Brian in the future and we give him our highest recommendation.

Brian was incredibly helpful through my mortgage process.  He took time to explain the various steps, what the rates were and why they were moving.  The market is very complicated right now, and Brian was a professional and an expert in this arena.  I'd recommend him to any of my friends and will happily use American Commerce again when I need another loan
