Theyre so rude at this location unfortunately it also happens to be the closest one to my house & Id rather drive the extra mile sometimes to avoid this store because of the poor customer service. When you call theyre rude they rush you off the phone & give you attitude instead of greeting you & making you feel welcomed. I also have been told that high demand items such as hello kitty cant be put on hold, its first come first serve. But when it comes to the employees they make their own rules & say that its suddenly okay to hold items when they wanna hide something from a customer. I went to buy something that apparently was on hold, they told me it was being held until 7:30 it was around 7 & they didnt want to sell it Jesse the manager said it was okay to hold hello kitty, so I didnt get the item. I went back to see if it was still there at closing & I saw that an employee had it in a bag & ended up keeping it for them self Its a really nice store. I go to Tj Maxx & Homegoods about 5 times a week, I spend a lot of $ in their stores, I would appreciate it if the customer service was a little better & they treated customers with more respect & courtesy.
