Great selection and lots of options for clothing and household items. I prefer coming to this HomeGoods over the Marshalls/HomeGoods in Mountain View! Overall service is good, but I did have a poor encounter with a worker named Sherri. I was purchasing items for my friend's birthday and she asked me if I had a TJ Maxx card. I do but it was expired and I was waiting for a new card. She told me that I should open a new card since I'd get 10% off. I told her I didn't want to open a new credit card account, and she repeated MULTIPLE times that it was not a new credit card account and kept on insisting to sign up. After 5 minutes of back and forth, I finally said yes and I realized after that it was 100% a new credit card account. Very upset and frustrated that I was lied to. I think this is common among all TJ Maxx locations, so just be careful and don't believe any of the workers when they say that it's not a credit card account. Plus she forgot to give me gift receipts so I had to walk back into the store for her to print them off for me :(

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . The lady on fitting rooms was busy on her work I was carrying 2 jeans and went inside the fitting room, came out and asked her to keep the one that didnt fit me and took one with me. She asked me the token number I said I didnt have that I just went inside the fitting room. She rudely said Dont do that again I mean wow so disrespectful no please no calmness just rude and BTW its her job to give me token number while entering inside fitting room. I wont visit this location again.
