I cannot explain how disappointed I am in Buy Buy Baby for their service. I started my registry with them with expectations of exceptional service because my sister had used them when she had her babies. However, I suppose customer service and competency has decreased amongst their corporate offices, back offices, and in store. From in store staff making a mistake on our order and rewards to delayed shipping of our order for 3 months, it's ridiculous. We decided to cancel the order after trying to be patient and waited for weeks. And we decided to not use their baby registry due to the lack of service and constant out of stock issue they had. Very disappointed in this location and just Buy Buy Baby as a whole.

Dylan was so helpful with the stroller section. He went above and beyond with knowledgeable facts about all the different pros of cons of every stroller we had questions about. He went out of his way to also show us a stroller not on display so we could test drive it. He was so awesome! We will definitely come back and get the rest of our baby items here

Order estimates have been awful. Waited months for a stroller that never came through. Multiple calls to customer service without follow up. So much time wasted with this company.

I went to this store because I wanted to purchase a cyber Sirona S 360. They did not have the color I wanted and the y told me Mission Viejo store had one left and they called ahead to hold for me. As I arrived to that store they had the box ready on a cart to load to my car. When I opened the car seat to set it up it looked like it had been used with crumbs and trash on the seat. The car seat did not rotate and it seemed to be stuck I went back to the store and the employee told me it was defective and o had to return. I ordered a new one from them to ship to my house and when I tried to track it the order said it had been successfully canceled. I called the store and they immediately told me if it was shipped to your house we cannot help you and you need to call customer service. I called customer service and they told me they can only see the order had been cancelled and they did not know why. I had to place another order but now the amount of the car seat had changed and wouldnt be honored that price anymore. I ended up ordering from Amazon and saved a few cents with next day delivery. Im never going here again.
