We received confirmation for Milk Street Production crib ready to pick up, we drove 2 hours to get to Torrance from Orange County, we got there and manager of Torrance branch Brian says they don't have it available, order has been canceled without letting us know. Such a horrible experience for an 8 months pregnant mom. They didn't give us any credit or accommodate us at all. They were absolutely horrible.

Employees on the sales floor were like robots when they asked if you were finding everything ok, the store was disorganized, and it was worse when we got to the register. Cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hardly greeted us and got on the phone in the middle of our transaction. I told my husband to ask her what our balance was on a gift card. When she got off the phone I began to ask and she rudely cut Me off before I even finished my question and told me she couldnt check a remind for us in the middle of a transaction. Im so disappointed, you get a lot of expectant mothers and new mothers, youd expect more professionalism and better customer service. Never going to visit this store again.

We came into the store to window shop for strollers and its so overwhelming with all of the options! Jesse in the gear department was beyond helpful, giving us his honest opinions about each one and brought up things to consider that we hadnt even thought about. He was very professional and personable!
