        Very slummy apartments filled with cockroaches and mice. Shannon is a vindictive and tyrannical manager who knows nothing about professionalism or customer service. Beware of bait and switch and despot scams. The company has countless lawsuits for scamming and exploiting tenants. Apartments are not particularly dangerous compared to other slums but are not safe either with many people being shot or killed at the apartments over the years, less so recently.
