        Noticed that most 5 star reviews have also given other 11 Residential properties 5 stars. Is there a reason why this company is having employees write reviews?

        I really wanted to write a good review for this place but they let me down with the way our security deposit was handled. We moved out in September and after MONTHS of calling for our deposit and making a post we finally got it around February/March. However instead of the 500 we received 80. There were no detailed reports of what was being charged and why.

        Onaria and Shannon was really helpful. This was my first time renting an apartment and I really didnt know what I was doing. They both helped me with my renters insurance and PG&E. Onaria even stayed past her work hours just to help me get everything right. She went beyond great customer service, it felt like a good friend was helping me. I am definitely going to recommend friends and family to Woodland Crossing. Thank you so much Onaria for all of your help
