After being referred to Logan he began taking the reins immediately. After giving him my information he prepared a very detailed summary and even a video explaining my options that I could refer to whenever I wanted. I had a unique situation and out of four different lender agencies only Logan took the time for me to secure the best deal and get it approved. The others took very long times to get back to me and it seemed like they werent listening to the questions I was asking. So I reluctantly admit that I needed quite a bit of handholding through this process and Logan was always responsive. Whether emails, phone calls, or texts he responded immediately. We have nothing but good things to say about Logan. He helped us refinance our home and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. Logan is not only an expert at what he does, but he is great to work with. He kept us both informed at every step, answered questions promptly, and kept things moving to a very timely and ahead of schedule closing. Although underwriting requirements were out of his control, he did his absolute best to minimize what we needed to do. He even got us a better rate than we expected. From the very beginning he was upfront with the process and all our options. Most importantly, we didn't feel that we were part of an assembly line but had an expert squarely in our corner and genuinely concerned about our outcome.
