Not a good experience. I made an appointment a week in advance and called to confirm! I drove two hours to the apartment and was told that I didn't have an appointment. Today's appointment is full.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Osiris, the leasing agent at Essence, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service she provided. My situation was quite unique as I found myself in need of a place to stay last minute while traveling overseas, and Osiris truly came through for me. She listened attentively to my needs and preferences, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my transition into the apartment was seamless. Her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did Osiris help me find the perfect unit, but she also facilitated the moving-in process, making sure everything was in order for my arrival. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction were truly remarkable. Thanks to Osiris, I am now happily settled into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend Osiris to anyone in search of a new home. Her exceptional service and commitment to client satisfaction set her apart, and I am confident that she will continue to excel in her role. After some hiccups, I feel like this new team is finally getting this place in order & bringing back the value to this building. I am extra thankful for Osiris, Jerry & JC. In my opinion they are great assets to the team. They are professional, responsive and quick to fix everything, whenever an issue arises . I will definitely be signing my third year here.

I have lived here for a while now and can attest to the amazing attention that Osiris and Jacob provide the tenants. They are friendly, responsive, a pleasure to work with, and go above and beyond to make things as easy and seamless as possible, which of course is everything tenants want because who likes to move. Essence (and all us tenants) are lucky to have you both!

All the 5-star all goes to Annette Lemmo (Regional Portfolio Manager). She is hands down the best manager anyone can ask for, always on top of everything important, and she goes out of her way to make sure the residents are properly assisted whenever they need it. She has amazing leadership skills which is what makes The Essence a better place. We had some challenges due to stressful rain storms, but Annette went over and beyond to assist us in the best way possible to minimize the transitoriness with the whole situation. Ivan M.
