The Reserve at Warner Center

recently applied for an apartment at The reserve Warner center , and I must say, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they fail to mention that I could use my business account for the application process, but Michael, the representative who showed us the apartment, conveniently left out crucial information about their shady practices. It's evident that they engage in deceptive tactics to siphon money from unsuspecting applicants. My advice: steer clear of this deceitful establishment. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your housing needs.

Really nice place, calm and tranquil. Leasing agents are really nice and amicable, however, there's one certain staff who is a racist and has the worst attitude, and most irresponsible service I've ever had throughout the experience of living at four different apartments. Have to knock off two stars for this.

Furthermore, the representative who showed us the apartment, neglected to mention several important details about the application process, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. It's evident that the reserve Warner center engages in deceptive practices to squeeze money out of unsuspecting applicants. My advice? Stay far away from this dishonest establishment.
