Jonathon is a great professional who helped myself and my family during a very hard and troubling time when faced with the possibility of losing my home. After years of failed attempts to modify my mortgage I made the decision to short sale my home which turned out to be the best thing for me. Even after the sale Jonathon helped me to find a nice rental home that would accommodate my family size in a nice area in Norwalk for a very reasonable price, much cheaper than my mortgage payment. It has been almost two years since the short sale and we are almost ready to buy a new home again which Jonathon will be the only person we will call. Thank you Jonathon, and I recommend anyone who has any real estate needs to first give him a call, he makes sure you are well taken of.

After months and months of looking at homes and working with many different agents, i came across Jonathon Villaescusa. I can say that by far he was the easiest agent to work with because he was available mornings, afternoons, and evenings. What i loved most was that all the properties he showed me met all my needs and wants. We went into escrow quickly and the whole transaction was very smooth and painless. I definitely recommend Jonathon to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. He is my go to agent because he builds relationships with his clients, he doesn't treat them like they're just a sale.
