First time homebuyer here! Lina and Art are a dynamic duo who will put your needs first. In four weeks we went from pre-approved to home owners. Lina and Art make this seem like a breeze. Lina got us pre-approved in days. We saw over 30 homes in three weekends, they learned exactly what I would be open to purchasing and what I would not be ok very quickly. Saw them on both Mother and Father's Day- truly shocked but excited they were just as eager to get me into a home. If you don't know inspectors, plumbers or anything as you're closing and needing to get things done- you have nothing to worry about- Lina has it covered. Between Art's attention to details of structure to the homes and Lina's very knowledgeable maneuverings we were excited and glad to have our very own starter home. You can't go wrong with having them as your broker and real estate agents.
