        Every time I go to Dr Chow's office, I learn something new about how I can do a better job with my home care. For example, at my most recent visit, he pointed out that my PH is a little too acidic and over time, that can be hard on teeth. I would not have known that. How many dentists measure PH? So I'll be making some dietary adjustments.
