This was my first time at this business. I had changed insurance and this time I had Dental coverage. I searched for in-network dental providers and found Lindero Canyon Dental very near my home. It was easy to make an appointment and registering as a new patient was easy using their iPad. Once finished, I wasnt kept waiting. X-rays were quick and also electronic. Everything was new and hi-tech. My Dentist did the exam, Yay, no cavities!, the Hygienist cleaned my teeth, and the Polisher polished my teeth and applied a fluoride treatment. Yes, a separate person did the polishing. That was a first for me. Everyone I met, including the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. It was a pleasant and painless experience and I look forward to my next visit in six months.. I almost forgot to mention, Lindero Canyon Dental also offers a patient portal to manage appointments and leave messages 24 hrs/day.

I made a resevation a couple of weeks back, they called one day before the appointment date to ask me to reshedule to a differet time, just saying the debtist isn't available at thw time. I ended up cancelling the appointment altogethet, have to say, their customer service isn't the best.
