I was recently hired for this company and at first it seemed like a nice company to work for but the more unprofessionalism I saw really turned me away from wanting to work here. My first week I went out with Juan who was a great trainer but he worked extra fast so my training turned into basically helping him with his jobs and less training, because these employees don't get paid per hour they only work on commission and get 30% pay off of each job and a trip charge of $7 dollars. So in order to get a good check you have to have a lot of jobs wake up early 3am and run from job to job which is very stressful.. each day I worked there I started seeing the quality of the job just being rushed through. And when we had our first meeting every employee was of Latin descent and mostly spoke Spanish but the boss of the company's is middle eastern indian and they speak English with a accent so every employee in the meeting couldn't really understand what I boss was saying and neither did they care because they all went back to speaking Spanish after the meeting. I was the only white American person there, and the more jobs I went out on I could see each employee having a difficult time talking with each boss in each English speaking account. I heard a lot of arguing, and negative mentality going on between the employees, general manager and operations manager and just a extreme lack of un-organization and bad communication. My last day was the worst when I went out to clean the bathrooms in 2 accounts with the operations manager Marcela, she was supposed to be the warehouse manager of organizing and stocking products and fully training each employee correctly. But the first job she forgot to mop the floor behind the desk at the Ax throwing place in Rocklin, claiming that the other employees just do it as a courtesy. And our second place at caliber collision on Manzanita and Auburn when I checked the air freshener they where all empty in 3 bathrooms and a battery wasn't working but when I told her she didn't care and she didn't have any new batteries in her van. We then went back to the warehouse where I tried to explain this to the general manager and Marcela cut me off and started making excuses for the other employees why they couldn't do there job right, like its no big deal if we skip a few corners. The companies that hire us will never know and that really upset me a lot. Because I take great pride in professionalism, I do not recommend this company and if you hire them then check there work.

Great service! They clean the mens bathroom in my city sports club here in Elk Grove and did fantastic work! Difference was night and day! Will be using this service again soon.

Enviro-Master of Sacramento is always on time and they always do a really great job with the cleaning. Their workers seem to always be in a pleasant mood and are excellent communicators about what needs to get done. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a high quality dependable cleaning solution.
