Awesome dependable hardworking company, they removed some brush and hauled it away. Did exactly what they said they would do. contactless job, We paid online and were emailed a receipt. they even sent pics via phone to show the job was complete.

Maressa and Jamie were very nice and professional! They did a great job and we were very happy with the results. We would definitely consider hiring Castle Services again for apartment cleaning in the future!! Thank you again for such great service. Communication was just as good. A special shout out to Jasmine as well! :)

I hired these guys last year. I've used professional house cleaners before and it usually takes about 5 total man hours to clean. I left my place to run errands and they called me saying the 2 cleaners were "done" after about half that time. When I came back my suspicions were correct and it was barely cleaned. I directed them to go over it again as it was still dusty, crap on the carpet, kitchen sink was covered in gunk still, etc. After that, when it still didn't look clean, I gave up, knowing I would just have to finish myself and find another company for next time. I assume they were instructed to get out of there asap to move on to the next job?  Over priced for a half-assed job.

I needed my gutters cleaned for the up-coming rains. Marcus, who called set up appointment was polite, on-time, knew his job was a pleasure to work with.This man with additional co-worker not only cleaned my gutter, they hosed down the downspouts   to make sure they were not clogged, and finished  with taking  pictures to show the completed job.The best job I ever had done, last year I spent three....times as much and never really knew if the guy did the job.Thank you,Linda I.

Was given an appointment date after the initial visit to determine cost. The day prior to my move out cleaning I reach out and ask for an update to the arrival time as I have not heard anything from the company. I get told by the lady who did my estimate that I am not on the schedule and that there was a form I was suppose to sign via email. I never received this form nor was I aware to be on the lookout for one. I tried calling the main office twice and no one answered. I am now going to have to clean my house myself one day prior to moving out. Your companies communication needs improvement and your main office needs to answer it's phones. I shouldn't have to go through the lady who did my estimate via text for some simple answers to my questions about how this happened.
