        Place seemed good at first but got worse and worse. Started to take parking spots away from everyone. Gym was not cleaned for the first couple months. Expensive place but there is homeless tearing through the place and garbage every day and then would send emails blaming residents. But the worst part was when I moved out they tried to charge 1900 for expenses and there was barely rubbed paint on a small portion of a wall. I would pick another place. First review I left in my life

        Hey Hunnies, new tenant here! This is one of the best experiences Ive had renting a new place. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The process was smooth and seamless, and the property is amazing! Highly recommend!

        The staff at The Strand is amazing. They are kind, supportive, and always on top of getting things done. The maintenance staff is spectacular! Any issues I have had have been resolved immediately. Customer service is top notch. Living here is amazing so far.

        My power went out and maintenance responded to my request in less than an hour! They were quick to fix the issue and educate me on further prevention and the tech was extremely friendly!
