We have human feces surrounding our building. Laundry machines never work. Constant flooding and rude service. Do not rent from these people. Run away as fast as you can. Bobby will be nice till he gets your money and then he looses his temper and curses tenants out and even hangs up on us when we ask for help. This management company sucks. I've been waiting weeks for repairs. They make appointments then never show up and will blame you when they reschedule without notice. Anything with a 5 star review here is definitely from their employees and no one else. Everyone that lives here is just hoping they sell the building to a better company. These ppl are straight up slumlords

This is the best property management company ever! AEA is a true gem. Their team members were always accommodating, kind, and professional. Anna was prompt and polite with inquires-- if ever I had a maintenance request, it was usually handled on the same day. Bobby is a great landlord and goes above and beyond to help tenants find a space that meets their needs and is in their price range. I have referred many friends and will continue to do so. Thank you AEA!!!

the AEA property i live in is DISGUSTING! my unit itself is ok but the rest of the building--every walkway, set of stairs, parking garages, trash room, mail area, and laundry room are absolutely foul. the laundry machines are frequently broken and are roach infested. there's a storage area under some stairs that is just filled with years' worth of garbage. they are slumlords and should be ashamed!
