Slum lords.
What's nice about it? The neighborhood that's it. What's bad? A pool that is so small and not heated, a jacuzzi that has been broken for a year, and a poor excuse for a gym with only tread mills, an elliptical and a few loose free weights. They have a weight machine but it's been broken for over a year. I asked to get it fixed and nothing gets done. When it comes to maintenance they put a band-aid on everything. I had my dishwasher serviced 5 times before I complained enough to get a new one...then it took 3 weeks to finally get a new one. I had rusty air conditioner water (due to poor maintenance) leak through my ceiling tiles on to my bed while I was on vacation. It took them 2 weeks to fix the problem and didn't offer to clean or help replace my mattress. When I had water damage in my bathroom they just plastered the hole l, didn’t check for mold, and didn't even sand and paint it so now I have a big white patch from an incomplete job...no response when I submitted a complaint. BUT to top it off, these slum lords will raise your rent $200 or more every year. Move in at your own risk. I lived here 5.5 years and When the new management company took the building over, it went down hill.
