I never trusted anyone with my brows until I found ALISSA. She is amazing at what she does. Ive done Brow Lamination, Wax, Tint and Lash Lift with her. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I know its guaranteed to feel beautiful after each appointment with her. Her personality and how attentive she is makes the experience 100x better

Ive lived in LA for almost a year and have had a tough time finding a nail technician that could get my nails the way I like them. Im picky & huge on quality! lol Shakira is now my only option! She killed it! Justine also did amazing on my pedi! NOOR is my new nail home!

Absolutely loved my experience at Noor. The team is so welcoming and kind. I got an eyebrow tint, gel manicure, and a blowout. Loved it all. Mimi did my manicure and I am obsessed! My nails have never felt cleaner - I love how detailed she was and made sure I loved my nails every step of the way! Alex did my blowout, and showed me new techniques for doing my hair at home that Im obsessed with. He did an amazing job and I felt so beautiful walking out the door!

Alissa is the best for brows & lash lifts. Getting your brows laminated & shaped is such a game changerbut You have to really go to someone who knows what theyre doing. Alissa at Noor is the best.
