very exceptional service. help was clear, concise, and timely. got a new account and everything I needed for it surprisingly quick. all staff that I interacted with were very nice as well!

Manager Edwin is the worst banker in the history.
Karen must be his wife.
He is always rude, never helping, always want you to leave, giving not accurate information.
If asking his different questions, he says, I dont know, call the costumer service.

This is the worst branch of USBank I have ever had experience of using. They decriminate against their own customers by making up policies as they go. Among others, this complete imbecile Ricardo was a huge disaster. Every time I was doing a transaction he insisted on checking my id. There are others, like Shiva, that know you very well and still insist on chcking your id when they have your account in front of them. Its so insulting and demeaning. No ofher branch does business this way. And they say its their policy. I am seriously thinking of just dumping them. Its a matter of convenience for me. I strongly advise potential customers to go elsewhere to avoid terrible customer service. If some tellers dont like the way you look or speak they will make up a policy to discriminate against you. Its unbelievable that they are still employed by US Bank to serve the West Hollywood community.
