Robert is known as a slum lord all of the tenants here complain about how he doesn't return phone calls. Management is lazy and takes for ever to fix things. These people are money hungry and are known for not returning security deposits. I got into a horrendous incident to where I got harassed for $20 by J.R (which opening the door for a tenant for $20 is not on the lease) When I asked him to open my door because I had accidently locked my self outside of my house. It came to the point where I had to call the police and city hall had to make a police report for me. They sent a sheriff to speak to him ( for my safety ) I caught everything on video and on a verge of taking these people to small claims court. They stopped my maid service after when that had happened. I spoke to Robert about it but he hung up on my face. Now that I'm on my last mont of my lease I'm anticipating on getting my security deposit. I'm pretty nervous because Robert hasn't returned security deposits for three tenants already. I'm just getting pretty concerned. Please save your time and money for somewhere else. This apartment site is terrible. Management and the landlord is unprofessional. The apartment itself has a roach problem and everything inside is absolutely old& dirty.
