Im thankful to West Covina Health Care team because they helped my grandma after she had a fall with a fracture at our home. At the beginning we were hesitad to place her there because of their prior reviews, but we decided to tour the facility and this really helped us with our decision. They have such a great team that is in constant communication with the patient and family. The rehab department did an amazing job with the physical therapy and she was discharged within 4 weeks. I strongly advise to have someone tour or call the facility before you place your love ones in any nursing home even in the 5 star facilities.

This facility has made a lot of improvements. Staff are awesome and ready to get the needs done. Not all facilities are perfect but they have been attentive with residents and familys concerns. As for kaiser patients doctors are in 7days a week to listen to our concerns regarding health issues

Im at the moment getting some medical inspectors to look at how the place looks and see how the staff works. What I have seen and noted, this place should be shut down.
