good doctor, WORST customer service. the girls NEVER answer the phones. I literally called for 2 whole weeks straight and it wasn't until the end of the 2nd week that i received an answer.

Dr Alavy is the nicest doctor ever ! He is so kind and thoughtful. He always give my mom enough time and she doesn't feel rushed when she visits him .

I waited for the foot Doctor Alavy for more than an hour and he just glanced at it for 30 seconds max and ran away. I was put into confusion as to who to talk you after he runs away

Dr Alavy is great, DEFINITELY NOT saying the same about the FRONT DESK medical assistants who can't even do the simple job of sending the request or the bill to the insurance! Besides NEVER returning the calls even when they tell you they will and since they never did returned my calls I called back and left SEVERAL messages asking them to return my call but never did. Dr. Alavy should definitely consider hiring people who actually want to work and bring in clients or maybe just not make them go away just because the girls at the front don't know how to do their job right. The request to the insurance that should of been sent 2 months prior the next appt was never sent, now the next appt is a week away and my kids still not have their insoles because the girls at the front never sent the request to the insurance to make their molds and have insoles done even after having all of the information and calling them almost every day. Dr Alavy PLEASE hire people that do want to work and not just sit there not taking care of your patients.
