        Very good customer service, the employees are very friendly and respectful. They are so helpful they really are the experts of ice cream. The ambiance of the place was zen!! It was neat and tidy. The manager is amazing they are so nice and easy going especially with customers, they keep us entertained. And they are always on top of everything especially cake orders, always amazing cakes coming out of them. 10/10 great experience with them.

        SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR REGULAR VANILLA CAKE AND THE BOYS WHO SOLD IT TO ME TOLD ME IT WAS REGULAR VANILLA CAKE. (Aka regular cake means NO FUCKING ICE CREAM IN IT) apparently I should've said "breaded" but I'm no baker so how the fuck am I supposed to know? Had problems here before when they sold my custom sherbert cake I had made for my DEAD sisters anniversary and they SOLD MY CUSTOM CAKE TO SOME MOFO THE MORNING I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK IT UP. I should've known not to come back here. Think I got a refund? Ha! NOPE SURE DIDNT GET SHIT BACK FOR THIS $65 cake that's fucking melted went straight into the trash. Fucking sad done with this place don't go here to buy cake ! If I could 0 stars I would because this place sucks fr and the manager is a bitch.
