        Tried to place an online order and they only have a select options. Little ridiculous. Go to a larger store if you want to order a cake with exactly what you want.

        Girls in the counter were rude. I Had a birthday coupon and they told me they couldnt accept it because it wasnt printed. It didnt say anywhere on the coupon it needed to be printed. Other locations have never done this.

        They need to hired people who really wants to work, no little kids that just wanna run out of work, associates just denied serving 3 cones because it was 7 o'clock already, their website clearly states they close at 9, like if they werent making money anyways... what does it takes to serve 3 cones to little kids
