I just returned from having a pedicure from torture. The woman who did my pedicure was extremely rude. It turns out she is the owner of the business. Her name is Tina. No respect for the customer. It started out with her insistence. I put gel on my toes and fingers. I told her I came in only for a manicure and pedicure. Then she wanted me to soak my feet in extremely hot water. It's more like boiling water. She got upset because I told her I could not place my feet in that water, which was extremely hot. The person sitting next to me told me in Spanish that she also had wanted her to soak her feet in extremely hot water. Unfortunately, Tina ended up doing my pedicure. When she started doing my pedicure, she jabbed the nail clippers into my toes. I told her several times to be careful. And she started murmuring things in Vietnamese against me. I had to tell her about three times to not jab the nail clipper into my toes. But to top it off, when she used the nail cuticle instrument, she punctured the side of my toe, and this was the ultimate. She did not do this once but twice. I told her to stop it this time around in a more stern voice because the second time, she stabbed the cuticle instrument into my toe. Her very lame excuse was that she was doing it for my own good. There were 4 customers who witnessed this event. They saw her attitude toward me. Everyone kept staring at her because it was obvious she had intolerable behavior towards a customer. She again started murmuring things against me in Vietnamese. Two customers recommended I post this review on Yelp because they saw how she had injured me. They said if Tina had attitude problems, she should not open her business, and they said that Tina tried to push them into having other services like me. The two young women said we came and paid for specific nail services and not additional services that the owner insisted on us having.They also told me they would never return to this business. To the owner name Tina. If you have personal problems in your life, do not take them out against your customers. I recommend you see a psychologist to deal with your anger issues and please go to etiquette school and learn some manners. As for me, I will not return to this place again.

Do NOT GO GET UR NAILS DONE here. Its the Worst nail place I've ever been
They charged 75$ for a full set and didn't know how to do any designs and they lifter two days later. Don't go here!
