I recently received a pedicure here and had a horrible experience! They started working on my nails without soaking first, they hurt me repeatedly to where I pulled away and was completely overcharged. On top of it all, their customer service was very poor, not friendly in the slightest. Im usually not a picky person but I am never coming here again.

I would leave less then 1 star if i could she was rude she cut my son fingers she messed up his nails tammy was very rude she was pulling him and he was bleeding and his nails didnt last 2 days and they broke

If I could give this place anything less than one star I would. Im normally not the type to complain but oh my Gosh the most horrible experience ever!
.. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and manicure. They took me right in. The pedicure was ok, but the so called manicure was a nightmare. Not only was Tammy the owner so rough its almost like she was mad, they took the dremmel to my natural nail and I was burned twice.
I had asked for a manicure so not sure why she was using the dremmel. After the dremmel incident Tammy proceeded to apply the polish. I asked her if she was going to clean my cuticles which she replied ..yes dont worry after the polish she started cutting my cuticles ( she didnt even soak my hands first) she nicked me twice and I was just getting ready to say something when omg! She cut me so bad ! I pulled my hand away and said ..ok thats itIm never coming back here again . My finger bled so bad. I was in shock from the experience. I was literally in tears from the pain. And yesI paid shouldnt have, but I did!!
