The staff is incompetent.  They prescribed my dog the incorrect medication.  Charged my credit card then told me they would not give me a refund because "all sales are final".

This review has nothing to do with Pet Food Express located in Antioch/lone tree way.  Went to the VIP in pet food express in Antioch on lone tree way and I do not recommend...So I took my cat to get vaccinated because I was told they charged 30 and since my cat needed her rabies shot I was like wow that's a good price.  I waited for a really long time which was not the problem, I knew I would have to wait; however I noticed that only dogs were being served and after waiting in line for over an hour the lady asked if my cat was "spicy", which she didn't do with the other dogs just mine; so I responded like... well besides not liking the vet and her being in a cat carrier for over an hour she is doing the best she can to hold it together, so yea she's nervous.. lol Then she begins to visibly be annoyed and then proceeds to tell me that the service is not $30 like advertised on the brochure but $54... umm excuse me!? :/She tried to explain but I am not a vet tech so how do I know if she is telling me the truth  I left not because 54 is too much but because she was rude, and if you advertise a price and change it during the time of service it is unethical and highly unprofessional.  So I left and now i am writing a review for cat owners.  So moral of the story is if you have a cat maybe don't come here.The pet food express staff at this location are great! So if your buying something for your pet do go there for that. The staff at this pet food express are super awesome!
