We first met Marcus at open house on one of his listing property in San Leandro. Marcus also recommend us to contact RPM mortgage for lender, and turns out everything is perfect. We've got pre-approved late January 2018 and found the house that we are interested and contacted him back in early February 2018, then we closing the house yesterday on 28th. We are first time homebuyer and felt like we are in a excellent hands. Marcus is on top of everything, he studied the property, take a deep look on the disclosures, called the listing agent, and make sure that we know almost everything about the house before we make decision. Conclusion: We are deeply satisfied and extremely happy with what we went through. Big shout out to Marcus A for all the help!

I recently tried to purchase a home listed by Bob Byers. My agent and I made several qualified offers only to be told his sellers would not accept the offer. In the end he sold this house (which was my dream home) for the exact same asking price I had offered three months prior. He did a disservice to his sellers for not taking my original offer seriously and by keeping their home on the market for an incredible 141 day record. In this market that is a crazy long time. I ended up buying a beautiful home in the same area regardless but the experience trying to do business with Bob was very disappointing. UPDATE 11.2.17- My review is very accurate. I made a formal offer 2 months prior for the exact amount the home eventually sold for. Additionally, when I made the offer, he reached out to another buyer that had made a previous offer to have them top mine and left my agent and I hanging for a week and I couldn't bid on another house. That buyer went into contract and bailed a second time resulting in him having to relist it, at which point I made my offer again. Bottomline, I was a very qualified buyer that could have closed on that house 2 months before it closed for the same price I offered.
