Because of her experienced advice, we were so happy we missed out on a house but found a much, much better house at the end. Elena is one of the most intelligent and professional agents I've ever encountered. I referred dear friends to her that needed to renovate and sell a family home. She developed a process whereby she managed everything from design, sourcing, hiring/managing/paying trades, staging, listing, marketing and ultimately selling the home in record time for top dollar. Her attention to detail, and management of the entire process seemed effortless, though having managed my own projects, I know how cumbersome and tedious it can be. TLDR; Stop what you are doing and contact Elena for your property search/sale now!I rarely write Yelp reviews, but this one is more than necessary, given the level of service and support we received from Elena while purchasing our home in Walnut Creek.I emailed Elena regarding our potential real estate search in September 2021. My family and I were moving from San Francisco to Walnut Creek and our purchase timeline was unknown. I wanted to connect with a few East Bay agents to determine best fit, so when we pulled the trigger to start our search, we would be ready with an agent. After our intro call with Elena, there were multiple changes in our plans to sell our home in San Francisco. Elena proactively stayed connected with me via email over the next 9 months, checking in, providing updates on the market/interest rates, and asking if there was anything she could do to support our search efforts. NEVER pushy, it ALWAYS came from a place of "I'm here if you need me; don't hesitate to reach out".After we decided to list our home in San Francisco, it was clear to my family that we were going to work with Elena to find our next home. We made casual weekday / weekend trips to the East Bay over the next couple months to look at homes. Elena was with us EVERY TIME we showed up to an open house. Even if there wasn't an open house, she went out of her way to make the home available to us. Her dedication and insight while touring homes was incredibly valuable. Given she lives in the area, her knowledge of each community was helpful. She was a great sounding board and really partnered with us as we narrowed in on what we really wanted/needed in our next home.When we were ready to make an offer, Elena provided her insight on best strategy and price to be competitive in the market. When our offer was accepted, Elena spent almost 2 hours with us on the phone (after she had reviewed the disclosure packet), walking us through all the property details, and carefully listing out any items that we would need to investigate during the inspection period. It was really a High-Medium-Low Risk Assessment, and for us, it was so valuable.Anytime I was at the prospective property, she was there. Visits, inspections, key handoff....she was there. She even set me up with her go to contractor to complete the work required prior to move in. A person I have since used for other projects. Such an asset!Elena - THANK YOU for making this process so incredible for our family and welcoming us into our new home. Elena will always be our go to recommendation for anyone moving to the area, and now, also a friend of our family!
