From the moment I met Jess, there wasnt a second of hesitation she was the realtor for my family. She is extremely knowledgeable of the East Bay and took the time to bring my family around multiple parts - educating us while also educating herself on my familys preferences. She truly cares about finding a home your family will love - not just about finding a deal. After seeing about 25 homes she was able to get my family into contract on the first home we put an offer on. Jessica is without a doubt an incredible realtor - and more importantly an incredible human who connects and cares about others. I will recommend her to anyone who will listen, and know well have a long lasting relationship.

We only needed to work with Jess for a brief period before she found us our forever and dream home. We initially met her while interested in a different home but at the end of the day it just didn't hit the mark. She heard our feedback and had a different option for us almost immediately! It was in a slightly different location than we were thinking but it hit all of our boxes and expectations. We toured the house and by the next day were in contract. We are a couple on Redfin all the time and we never would have thought to stop on the house we ultimately loved and now own if it wasn't for Jess. If you're looking for a realtor who listens to you and your needs and who provides recommendations that are sometimes creative and different but absolutely what you want (you just didn't know) Jess is the best there is!
