We found the Massey Allen group because my friend referred me to Tim Allen and Ed Massey and spoke about the wonderful job they did with her family's home. As first time homebuyers, it is a difficult process to navigate and figure out what aspects of the home were our wants, needs and fit it within our budget while understanding the large stack of documents and details behind every home. Tim made sure we understood every step of the process, kept us informed and was very timely to respond. It was a highly competitive market in the Tri-valley area with limited inventory, but he helped us close on our first home to start our family in Dublin, California!! We 100% trust Tim and felt him always advocating for us throughout the process. I highly recommend the Massey Allen Group and will absolutely be coming back when we are ready to buy or sell homes in the future. A big THANK YOU to Tim, Ed & team!!

We recently were fortunate enough to work with Ed Massey of the Massey Allen Group in finding our dream home. After going through a new home construction purchase attempt disaster, we were referred to Ed by our lender since we were using the VA loan program, and we were told that Ed had extensive experience working with VA buyers. Boy, were they right on the money about Ed and his team. Ed was so knowledgeable with VA processes and requirements which helped us speed up the home buying process and experience. Ed and his team were first and foremost, 100% professional. They always treated us with respect and were always available for our questions and requests for potential home tours morning, afternoon, and evening. To us, they are a 5 star hotel experience of real estate agents. The biggest obstacle Ed and his team helped us overcome was time. By the time we engaged with Ed, he took us on as clients knowing we needed to be out of our previous home in 2 and a half months, and yet, Ed and his team were not discouraged and instead determined. Ed and his team took us on multiple home tours practically everyday, and within 2 weeks time of searching, we were in contract, and within 30 days, we were able to close on our dream home in the ultra home buying/selling competitive city of Danville, CA with time to spare to be out of our previous home. With all of this said, we would highly recommend Ed Massey and the Massey Allen Group. They were the most professional, organized, knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic, and honest realtors we have ever worked with. Knowing the deep connection to the East Bay Area and breadth of knowledge of the various markets, we partnered with Ed Massey and Tim Allen to help us find a home as we relocated west. Our experience from the introductory zoom call through signing was professional, courteous, no pressure and always done with our best interest placed first. Moving from the Southeast, our biggest obstacle was actual in-person viewings. Ed and Tim did a phenomenal job arranging virtual tours and walking through every nook and cranny of the homes under consideration to be sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. I recently partners with Tim Allen Jr. and the Massey Allen Group to buy my first home in Walnut Creek, California. The Massey Allen Group was recommended to us by a friend and coworker who also recently relocated to California from Massachusetts, and we are so thrilled they were recommended to us. Tim took the time to understand what we were looking for, what was important to us, gave us honest feedback regarding our wish list for our home, and his knowledge of the areas is unparalleled! He helped us prioritize all of these factors and was flexible in order to help us get into our first home from across the country by making himself readily available, providing candid feedback, and sometimes administering a dose of reality!
