We paid for our ticket at the kiosk, which was only $1, put the in ticket the machine as we were exiting, the exit bar did not go up. We proceeded to use the call button for assistance. They said there was no way for them to see proof of purchase and we had to pay $30 for a lost ticket.

Easy to park here. Clean and well lighted. First hour free after that $1.50 ph. Close to many things, between Main st and s. Broadway. Pay with card or cash downstairs before you leave.

Parked here while I was stopping by @ Tiffanys. I ended up paying $3. Its up to a $1 for 1 hr and then $3hr for 3hours. Easy to find a spot usually.

WORST EXPERIENCE.....EVER.
Daughter entered the parking garage with the arm up. Pushed the button for a ticket, but none given. Daughter parked and prepared for her first day of work in downtown. Came back to her car after her shift and was not able to exit the lot. Pushed the button on the Ticket-Pay-Machine to talk to someone. The operator said they would help. Thirty minutes later, no one showed up to help. I went down to try and get the car out of the garage. I pushed the button on BOTH Ticket-Pay-Machines to see if someone would answer. No one answered. It rang and rang for 15+ minutes. Daughter ended up having to pay $30 to leave the lot. She's working just to pay for parking. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
