Wi-Fi is impossible to log into and they keep trying to force you to join Hilton honors. Had to use own hotspots.
We were charged $30/day for parking. No upfront notice on that.
Happy hour was a joke. No food replenished. Cocktails were fine but beer was Budweiser (really) eewwww.
Bed as comfy as those in a shelter. Not enough shower products.
Staff was nice and breakfast was great.

It's a beautiful building. I'm glad I'm not the window washer! I.m not fond of heights.

The account manager at this site is very rude to others. He holds animosity towards whomever he dislikes for no real reason. which is very unprofessional to his position. He is very bias and untrustworthy when its another demographic of race. If I could give it no stars I would. The management is very poor taste .
