I was very nervous about making the biggest decision of my life and Jess was there to leave me assured in my decision and gave me multiple options to choose from; helping me feel more secure about my decision. Annnddd...Jess took calls and texts from me at random times and answered at least 27,393 questions I had! Her expertise and experience shined. I will be recommending her in the future!! Jessica Howard at Alameda Mortgage Corp is absolutely the best in Denver! She worked miracles to get us into our dream house, with a two week closing and one week of it we were out of the country. She is brilliant, knows the industry inside and out, and has great integrity. Also, she has a wonderful personality and is a blast to work with.

We have had the pleasure of working with TC on more than one occasion. As usual his responsiveness, knowledge and patience was second to none. We had a lot of curveballs thrown our way during this process and he was on top of everyone of them. He always had a plan ready to go, and often a back-up plan, to make sure our loan was going to be in place and on time. Knowing that your in such good hands truly reduces the stress level of such a stressful time. We are in our dream house now and can confidently say that TC is one of the biggest reasons we were able to make it happen.
