Guild Mortgage - Pete Mingham

My wife and I were first time home-buyers, and the lending process was confusing and a bit intimidating at first due to our lack of experience. Pete helped alleviate that stress with his patience and thorough responses and explanations to all of our questions. He was always quick to respond to my phone calls and texts, regardless of the time of day. Naba was another great resource and she worked very quickly and thoroughly on the back end processing all of our forms and paperwork and making it possible for us to close in less than a month even during the holidays. Their efforts were and still are greatly appreciated.

On behalf of myself and my brother Jeff (the loan applicant client), we cannot sing the praises loud enough for Guild Mortgage's Pete Mingham and Megan Kendall. The loan application was for a complicated and difficult situation, that had to go through many hoops and tries. At times, we were truly worried that the application would not be approved or that it would be disqualified. However, through the patience and perseverance of Pete and Megan, Jeff was able to refinance his home rather than lose it. We could not be happier with the professionalism and service Pete and Megan provided, and we highly recommend them!

Pete and the Mingham Team were amazing to work with. I cannot stress my satisfaction enough. This was my first Home Purchase and it went as smoothly as possible. They also recommended the BEST Real Estate agent in the world. I feel so spoiled to have had the best Home Buying experience. You hear so many stressful stories but I honestly have nothing bad to say at all. I will recommend Pete and Guild Mortgage to ANYONE looking to buy.. ESPECIALLY a First Time Home Buyer. I am a 26 year old single woman who just bought a home in Oakland, CA in 2019!!!! Guild is amazing and God is truly on their side.
