Went to the new location this morning. For the first time ever, I did not have my lab paperwork with me. It took a lot of effort and aggravation to get them to tell me that the lab order was actually in the system. The female tech I initially encountered was especially rude and unhelpful. On top of that, there is no where to hang your purse and coat and my blood draw was unusually painful.

Awful experience during my visit on Wednesday. The phlebotomist was stand-offish and rude, and it felt like she slammed the needle in my arm. That was the most painful experience Ive ever had with a draw unfortunately. I will not return.

Update: this location is no longer in the hospital and thankfully, the parking lot attendant told me just as I showed for an appointment this morning. There is a new building near the parking garage that says Behring Pavilion - Cancer Center and Lab Corp is to the right of the information booth after you enter the building.
I needed to have blood drawn and selected this place based on proximity to where I live as well as appointment availability. However, the address is very misleading and I could not figure out its actually located inside John Muir Hospital. By the time I put that together, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment which seemed to annoy the tech though I may have just been projecting. The office is very clean and well organized and getting bold drawn was seamless. I will most certainly consider coming here again now that I know its location. Its best to park in the hospital garage and just walk in the front entrance. The garage is free to park.

Very good Phlebotomist; very quick service; has Saturday and Sunday hours.
Only con: finding the lab if it is your 1st visit: go in side of the main entrance for John Muir. Let staff know you are there for LabCorps; you are told to use hand gel + put on surgical mask (on top of the one you are wearing); the go towards the cafeteria and take your 1st left: look for the door with Glass Windows. Sign in + register + get your lab drawn.
We arrived 1005 am for a 1030 am appointment = finished by 1010am!
