        Jennifer is a true professional who not only is a pro at what she does but is also so nice to work with. She truly takes the time to address questions and really learns the space she is designing. She was kind enough to come to my home several times to give great suggestions and to check out fabric colors in my actual space. She is amazingly patient as well as I know I am quite a lot to deal with! I am so lucky to have found her as my designer and am looking forward to working on updating/upgrading my home with her! Looking forward to uploading my photos when I get all my furniture in!

        We worked with Jennifer Kim to replace an old ottoman. We initially thought we would reupholster, but Jennifer pointed out that it would be cheaper to buy a new one with a sale going on, rather than reupholster the old one.Jennifer was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to all our questions. We also replaced some old sofa cushions with new inserts. Jennifer was kind enough to insert the new ones for us! Excellent customer service!

        Ethan Allen has excellent quality furniture. We purchased a sectional from them in 2004 and it lasted for 20 years. It was still good when we decided to buy a new one in 2023, but our color scheme had changed at home and that is the only reason we bought a new one. Mahnaz Vahdat was our designer at Ethan Allen for our 2023 purchase. She listened to what we wanted, came out to measure, and helped guide us through the process of selecting our new sectional, a chair, and an ottoman. I loved her expertise & design recommendations. She helped us select materials and fabrics that would suit our taste, as well as having an eye to durable choices that would withstand family, guests, and pets. Of course, everything turned out amazing. Ethan Allen's white glove delivery service was impeccable. These are the reasons that we continue to be loyal Ethan Allen customers. Go see Mahnaz in Walnut Creek! She will be our choice of designer for our next upgrade.
