I was just talking about Cynthia to my daughter and reminiscing about what an amazing help she was to me 2 years ago. My daughter asked me if I had left a google review for her. I told her that I hadnt, because I rarely do those. However, it made me realize that I need to because she helped me through one of the most stressful times in my life. When I originally contacted Cynthia I was desperate for help as I had been dealing with an issue regarding my mothers estate in California, which I was the executor of. I had contacted 4 other attorneys and they wouldnt help me as they told me my case was a lot of work and it wouldnt bring in the amount of income for them that would make it worth while. Unlike them, Cynthia helped me right away and brought it to my attention that I had actually been misinformed. I had been waiting for a probate case and it turned out it didnt even need to go to probate because the value of my mothers property was less than the amount required for probate. I had been waiting for the process to be fixed, going from attorney to attorney for over a year while my moms house set empty in California. I felt helpless and living out of state I was so scared squatters would get in the house and make my nightmare even worse. Thankfully Cynthia handled my case in just a few short months for the lowest price of anyone else I spoke with. In the end I payed her just a little more than I paid the other attorneys in consultation fees alone. She was helpful, knowledgeable in what she does, upfront with exact fees, and didnt waste time. I will refer her again and again to anyone I know!

I procrastinated for many years prior to getting a referral to Cynthia and associates for a trust creation. After meeting with her I decided to put my trust in her hands. She is professional , cordial, and very easy to work with. The trust was completed in a timely manner with no problems whatsoever. I do not hesitate in recommending Cynthia for any legal advice.

I am so happy to have found Cindy to help me with my Mothers Estate after her passing. I never could have imagined how much work was involved and complications could arise being the Trustee. Cindy is so professional, and communicates wonderful . She is always available when you need her. I dont know how I could have done my job as a Trustee without her.
