We were very pleased with Elliott's services during our bankruptcy and preparation of our Will. He and his paralegal Ellen are an amazing team who take care of every detail prior to submitting the filing. Elliott is very forthright in explaining the potential challenges and researches new case law to prepare the best outcome for each individual client. He is always fully prepared at the hearings and promptly returns phones calls. Ellen is very generous with her time. She explains the process, walks you through the necessary forms and answers questions thoroughly. Most of us our novice with legal procedures and it can feel overwhelming starting the process. They always return calls and reply to e-mails the same day which is rare in the legal industry. Ten years ago we had to close our failing business and seek professional bankruptcy help. Elliott Abrams came highly recommended and it proved to be the best decision we could make. His advice and help with the filing ensured that everything would proceed quickly and properly. It was a very difficult time for both of us and without his calm and professional demeanor things would never have come out as well as they did. He even helped set up the final discharge court appearance to be done by phone as we couldn't either afford the plane fare from FL or be away from an ailing family member.
