He was very patient and informative, never pushy or disinterested and helped me find a high quality product, that looks great, at a great price.         Ive had a wonderful experience with Kathryn Cartwright and Alec Hertz! when I remodeled my kitchen. Kathryns recommendations were outstanding. She took the time to make real my vision. She brought up specific details I would have never thought about. Thinks a like sparring between walk ways for chairs and dinning. In the end my kitchen was spectacular. Alec was responsive and helped me navigate where to put my investment that would meet my need.

        As a local designer I'm always trying to find my clients the best products at reasonably pricing. The team at prosource in Vista has been wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of flooring, tiles and countertops and my account rep Kevin goes the extra mile to help me and my clients source products, even if they are not in the showroom. We have always had great customer service from Kevin and Scott the manager.

        I literally just got out of this place Right now They have the glue that Im looking for but the guy wouldnt sell it because its on top of a rack At this point Im just baffled so I said why not just get it and sell it to me, then he says there is a shortage of glue - there is some weird stuff going on here because they clearly had the glue in stock but the guy did not want to sell it to me for some reason, Im not cynical but I left completely feeling like him not selling the item had a deeper cause. awful customer service My stair are being repaired and this is the recommended glue. I would steer away from this place.
