Every time I go to any of the Sherwin-William stores, they cannot pull up my history or credit card machine is down!  They don't have access to your account in other locations.   It's obvious that their computer system is antiquated.   And for the prices they charge, it's obvious corporate greed is at play here.   Not only do the customers suffer but so do the employees - as they are forced to make excuses and that makes their job harder to do.Do the right thing and upgrade your system.#Southwest Airlines

I took a can of emerald urethane paint to the store to get another can so it will be an exact match to finish my kitchen cabinet. The old can was a 1751 base. The new one I received was a 2751 base and had a different color formula. When I asked why a different color formula, the counter person said it was a different base so she had to change the color formula. When I got home and did some research, I learned the 2751 base is a hide white base and not a white base that as a 1751 code. Is the 2751 base the same sheen and non yellowing characteristics of a 1751 base? I didnt like changing products midway in a customer project. Thx. B

Walked in and there was a small crowd. I almost left, but it was really two groups who both left within a couple minutes. Will helped us with a smile. He used his machine to color match our cabinet door, but discovered that he was out of the ultra white emerald urethane trim paint needed for our shade. He checked several other local stores with no luck, but he gave us the formula and took our name and number. He said we should expect a call in 3- 4 days because he is expecting a large delivery. So we didn't get what we came for, but Will did a great job of discussing alternatives. Waiting a few days is the best solution for our project.
