        The tech or receptionist that Ive encountered today is so RUDE. There was no obvious and designated SIGNS of where the line starts for pick up, not everyone goes to the same Pharmacy every time when you change insurance. And the way she just approached us was not even close to courteous, I was waiting on an aisle for a while while she was assisting a patient for a WHILE then when someone else was on another aisle she said oh thats not the line, even though I Have been WAITING with my kids for a while she insisted to help the other person who just stepped in. Very unprofessional, RUDE and I must say she only favors their own kind if you know what I mean.
