Poor customer service. Very rude staff answering the phone. If I had the choice to give no starts, I would.

Called to schedule for an image requested by my provider and had to play phone tag to get someone to answer. When I did get Michelle on the phone, she was very rude. Needless to say, I will let my insurance pay someone else for my needed services.

No problems with the 3 procedures I've had, but this month it's been virtually impossible to get through to them--either by phone or via their web site; even messages aren't ever returned. I need to order a record (CATScan film) to take to a coming surgical appointment. So for me, this cancels out quite a bit of the good. The stone wall needs to be addressed and fixed--NOW.

Pleasant staff, both front office and techs. Ive been here twice, approximately two years apart & both times everything went well. The only caveat is having to be persistent when trying to schedule an appointment. I had to call more than once when I hadnt heard from anyone after being referred by a specialist. Still recommend.

The people performing the X-rays are rude and unprofessional. The one with the Russian accent was not accommodating to my 94 year old grandpa. The front desk staff were very nice.
