image Why can't this place have more people answer phones regarding patients calling to make appointments. Each time, you have to listen to instructions that you have to press1 several times and still on hold because there's always 8 to 11 callers ahead of you. And each time you patiently wait until there's "no caller ahead of you" and yet the recording kept going on and on "NO CALLER AHEAD OF YOU" and yet nobody answers your call.
I never have/had this horrible experience at the VMC. All my doctor's are at VMC, unfortunately this particular Doctor is no longer with VMC so now I need to get my lab work, x-rays, etc. at this place .
Why can't you put more people answer patients calls? Very frustrating
