Derek and his team did an amazing job helping us sell our home. We had Derek come out to give us an estimate. We explained what we were looking to do and Derek gave us several options on what he felt needed to be done to the property and what he felt we could sell for if we did these things. When we were ready to list Derek came back out and told us what he thought we should list for and we told Derek what we were wanting to list for. Derek agreed and we listed the house. That was on a Thursday. By Monday we had 10 offers and sold for $25,100 above asking! Throughout the process Holy & Derek kept in close contact and addressed every text quickly and efficiently. Since we live out of state, they handled everything and made the process easy and stress free. The house was supposed to close escrow in 25 days, we closed 6 days early. This is the 2nd time we have sold a home with Derek and would highly recommend him and his team to help you buy or sell your home. They are knowledgeable professionals who really care.
