        They are deceitful, (this is my unbiased opinion) they want you to waste money on background checks while 4 or 5 people fill out applications on the same property. I was told to come and View a property and when I got there It was no joke 16 other people there (I was there for a viewing not an open house be careful if your coming for out of town!!

      Shear Realty is not involved in property management. We specialize in residential real estate. There is a Shear Realty Property Management who does rentals. It is a crazy rental market out there. Good luck!
